Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce.) can carrots, liquid removed and mashed
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can fruit cocktail, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • Oil and water, as directed on cake mix
  • Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Mix cake as directed on box, stir in carrots, fruit cocktail and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 40 min or possibly till done. When cold, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serves: 6 to 8.
