Ingredients
2 lbs. soup bones or possibly 1 pound beef shortribs
1 teaspoon salt
1 sm. onion, minced
1 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. diced celery
Water to cover
Directions
Simmer 4-6 hrs. Remove fat from surface. Remove meat from bones; chop and return to broth.
