Veal Chops Or Cutlets With Wine

Ingredients

  • Approx. 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. veal, chops or possibly steak
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • About 1/2 c. white dry cooking wine
  • 4 boiled potatoes in jackets
  • 1/2 green pepper, minced
  • Small onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp. butter and butter

Directions

  1. Saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil and slowly cook the veal till lightly browned. Drain off oil, if necessary. Add in wine and let simmer about 15 min. Serve with potatoes and salad. Lianaise potatoes. Peel and dice. Heat butter in frying pan. Add in potatoes, onion and pepper and mix well. Brown slightly. Enjoy with salad, other vegetables and dry white wine.
