Ingredients
Thinly sliced veal scallopini
Italian style bread crumbs
Garlic
Old Bay Seasoning
2 Large eggs
Butter
Directions
Mix all of the above ingredients into a bowl. Dip the veal into the liquid and then into the bread crumbs. Heat butter in pan and fry the meat 1 minute on each side.
