Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced veal scallopini
  • Italian style bread crumbs
  • Garlic
  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 Large eggs
  • Butter

Directions

  1. Mix all of the above ingredients into a bowl. Dip the veal into the liquid and then into the bread crumbs. Heat butter in pan and fry the meat 1 minute on each side.
