Ingredients

  • 1 can Tuna
  • 1/4 tsp. Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup cut Red Bellpepper
  • 1 cup chopped Onion
  • 1 cup cut Spring Onions
  • 1/4 tsp. Herbs(Rosemary, Thyme, Fennel)
  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp. Mayo
  • 1 tsp. cut Cashews slighly crushed
  • 1 tsp. dried Cranberries
  • 1 cup Macaroni Pasta

Directions

  1. Boil Macaroni for 10 min and then wash it in cold water.
  2. In a pan, take Olive oil, add Cumin seeds when the oil is hot enough.
  3. Add canned Tuna to the oil and mix well with herbs
  4. Mix Onion and Red Bell pepper to the Tuna
  5. Mix it well with Macaroni
  6. Cook it for 5 min. Remove from Stovetop
  7. Add Mayo, Cashews and dried Cranberries
  8. Garnish it with cut Spring Onions
