Tuna Fish Pie With Cheese Roll Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • Few grains cayenne

Directions

  1. Heat 3 Tbsp. butter. Add in 1/2 c. sliced green pepper and 1/3 c. sliced onions. Cook till soft. Add in 5 Tbsp. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt. Stir till well blended.
  2. Add in 3 c. lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly till thickened. Bring to a boil and boil 2 min. Add in 1 large can tuna fish, liquid removed and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice. Pour into large baking dish and cover with cheese rolls.
