Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. plain ladyfingers (raspberry jam)
  • 2 tbsp. sherry
  • 2 sm. Packages vanilla or possibly coconut pudding (to be cooked)
  • 1/2 - 1 c. cut up fruit (suggestions: Kiwi, cherries, strawberries, well
  • liquid removed mandarin oranges)
  • 1 - 1 1/2 c. whipped cream
  • 1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Line a bowl with split Lady Fingers spread with raspberry jam. Drizzle sherry over ladyfingers. Pour cooked coconut vanilla pudding into bowl over ladyfingers. Layer with fruit (like kiwi), if you like. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds. Serve well, chilled.
