Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • Radishes, sliced
  • Carrots, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes, whole or possibly halved
  • Avocados, sliced
  • Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons
  • 1/2 pkg. blue cheese, crumbled
  • La Martinque Famous French dressing

Directions

  1. Wash and dry salad vegetables. Fold in bowl. Avocado slices may be first dipped in lemon juice to prevent browning. Toss with La Martinique dressing, then add in crumbled blue cheese and croutons on top of salad.
