Tomato Lemon Aspic Recipe

Ingredients

1 can stewed tomatoes 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin 3/4 c. mayonnaise

1/2 c. diced green pepper 1 c. diced celery 1 med. onion, diced

Directions

1. Boil tomatoes; add in gelatin straight from package. Stir and cold. Don't boil gelatin. Add in mayonnaise, pepper, onion and celery. Pour into a suitable container. Chill till hard. 8-10 servings.
