Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 (7 ounce.) pork tenderloins
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 slices Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Beat egg; add in salt and pepper. Dip tenderloins in egg mix, then crumbs. Brown on both sides in oil. Place in shallow pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over meat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  2. Bake covered in 350 degree oven 30 min. Remove cover and top with Mozzarella cheese. Cook 10 min or possibly till cheese melts and meat reaches 170 degrees internal temperature. Serves 4-6.
