Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. vinegar or possibly more
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tsp grnd mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 lb pork spareribs
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine the first nine ingredients in a slow cooker. Cut ribs into serving-size pcs; brown in a skillet in oil. Transfer to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 - 6 hrs or possibly till tender. (Mine cooked 8 hrs and fell off the bone, but were very tender.
