Ingredients

  • 90 portions chicken breats halves
  • 2 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup curry powder
  • 1/4 cup red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp 1 tsp gorund turmeric

Directions

  1. Preheat grill on high.
  2. Mix yogurt, curry powder, red pepper flakes, salt, ginger, paprika, cinnamon, and turmeric with water to form a smooth paste.
  3. Rub paste into chicken, cover and marinate for 20 minutes.
  4. Place chicken on grill and cook 6-8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
