Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked orzo
  • 1 lb. block extra firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 4 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
  • olive oil for frying tofu and cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons Tamarind Chutney (recipe will follow)
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
