Ingredients

  • 4 tsp liquid smoke
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 x clove garlic pressed
  • 1 dsh grnd black pepper
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp onion pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, marinade over steaks or possibly meat for at least 4 hrs or possibly overnight is best.
