  • 500g Minced pork with some fats
  • 2 tbsp Garlic - chopped
  • 2-3 Fresh chillies, cut
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Light Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy sauce (Kwong Cheong Thye Brand)
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • one handful of fresh Thai basil leaves
