Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 1 T Heinz 57 Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon A.1 steak sauce
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 T parsley flakes
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dry chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 T wine vinegar
  • 1 T dry mustard
  • 3 T warm mustard
  • 2 T sherry
  • 1/2 sm. can beef gravy
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 3 lg. mushrooms, minced
  • 3 pound top sirloin steak
  • 1 stick butter
  • 24 ounce bottle peanut oil

Directions

  1. For each sauce, mix all ingredients in a small bowl to serve.
  2. Cut steak into bite size cubes and divide into 6 serving bowls. In a large saucepan put together peanut oil and butter. Heat in pan on stove till it starts to smoke. Pour into fondue pot carefully. Light sterno. Guests pierce meat with fondue forks, cook meat as desired in the pot, dip into various sauces and eat! Serve with crusty French or possibly Italian bread, salad and red wine.
