Ingredients

  • 2 x Pillsbury Ready to Bake Pie crusts
  • 8 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Onion flakes
  •     One 8 oz package shredded mozzarella
  • 2 pkt Stouffers Spinach Souffle
  • 1/2 c. Half & Half
  • 1/2 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 pkt (8 ounce) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 sm Pack pine nuts

Directions

  1. Heat Spinach Souffle in frying pan over low heat till liquefied. Combine other ingredients and add in to spinach. Pour into pie crusts, sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake for 50 min at 375 degrees or possibly till toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Serve slices on bed of red leaf lettuce with garnish of sliced strawberries and grapes.
