Ingredients

  • 1 lrg pkg. frzn hash brown
  • 1 stk oleo
  • 1 x onion minced
  • 1 pt lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 2 c. grated cheese packed
  •     salt to taste

Directions

  1. Cut small slit in the top of potato pkg. Put on paper towel in microwave cook on high 15 minutes.
  2. put oleo in large glass bowl m.w. 1 minutes. Add in, onion, cook 4 min. Add in soup, lowfat sour cream and cheese. Mix and add in potatoes. Pour into 2 medium size casseroles or possibly 1 large and cook about 7 min in microwave or possibly till bubbly or possibly if cool, cook about twice as long
