Ingredients

  • 1 pkt of 4 smoked pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. of peppers (bell, yellow, red)
  • 1 med onion (Vidalia is best),sliced thinly
  • 2 x potatoes, sliced thinly
  • 1 x carrot, sliced thinly
  •     garlic and herb seasoning to taste
  •     salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Place pork chops in casserole dish. Top with onions and peppers. Season with garlic and soy sauce. Top with veggies, add in 1/2 c. water. Top with garlic and herb seasoning to taste( 1 tbsp).Cover.
  2. bake 1 hour.
  3. Note: You can also use frzn stir-fry veggies.
