Ingredients
- 1 pkt of 4 smoked pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. of peppers (bell, yellow, red)
- 1 med onion (Vidalia is best),sliced thinly
- 2 x potatoes, sliced thinly
- 1 x carrot, sliced thinly
- Â Â garlic and herb seasoning to taste
- Â Â salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Place pork chops in casserole dish. Top with onions and peppers. Season with garlic and soy sauce. Top with veggies, add in 1/2 c. water. Top with garlic and herb seasoning to taste( 1 tbsp).Cover.
- bake 1 hour.
- Note: You can also use frzn stir-fry veggies.
