Shrimp Filled Cream Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Bring water and butter to a boil. Add in flour and salt and cook till mix leaves the sides of the pan, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add in unbeaten egg and beat thoroughly with spoon. Drop from level tsp. into 20- 24 tiny balls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 14-16 min. Remove from cookie sheet. Cold on cooling rack. Yield: 20-24 puffs.
