Ingredients

  • 4 c. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 3 tbsp. instant onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can kraut, liquid removed
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
  • 2 c. water

Directions

  1. Spread cabbage in casserole dish. Mix next 6 items together; spread over cabbage. Put kraut over meat mix. Mix tomato paste and water; pour over. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
