Ingredients

  • 200g shells
  • 1 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 teaspons white vinegar
  • 200g tomato sauce
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • chilli
  • parsley

Directions

  1. 1.Stew in oil,chopped onion and garlic,and chilli.
  2. 2.Add tomato sauce,vinegar,salt,pepper,and boil.
  3. 3.When the sauce is thick add shells.
  4. 4.Stew a little more,pour fresh parsley or dry and serve.
