Shannon's Grilled Cajun Tuna

Ingredients

  • 2 x tuna steaks
  • 1/4 c. Cajun seasoning
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. First coat tuna steaks with Cajun seasoning. Grill till temperature of choice. While grilling, combine cream, butter, mustard, and 3 Tbsp. of seasoning and simmer over low heat till slightly thick. When tuna is done, use sauce for dipping or possibly spoon over top.
  2. This recipe yields 2 servings.
