Ingredients

  • 2 c. white rice, cooked
  • 2 c. wild rice, cooked
  • 2 lg. onions
  • 1 green pepper (optional)
  • 2 c. minced celery
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 2 pound crab meat
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion, pepper, and celery in butter. Add in rest of ingredients. Combine gently. Top with slivered almonds which have been fried in butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
