Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. haddock fillets, skinned
  • 16 ounce. can frzn shrimp soup
  • Bread crumbs
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut haddock into bite-size pcs and place in a buttered baking dish. Pour frzn shrimp soup, that has defrosted naturally, over the fish. Sprinkle bread crumbs to cover entire fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour till crumbs are a golden.
