Ingredients

  • 8 ounce. seashell macaroni
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry dillweed
  • 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 hard cooked Large eggs, minced

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni and drain. Rinse with cool water and drain again. In bowl, stir together next 7 ingredients. Add in macaroni, celery and Large eggs. Toss to coat well. Cover and chill. Makes 6-8 servings.
