Ingredients

  • 2 lb Fresh salmon steaks or possibly fillets
  • 1/2 c. Light miso
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 pch Msg (optional)
  • 3 x Scallions, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 c. Sake

Directions

  1. Place the steaks in a bowl large sufficient for marinating. In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Marinate the steaks in this mix for about 2 hrs at room temperature, or possibly in the refrigerator overnight. Grill or possibly broil till done to your own taste.
