Ingredients
- 2 lb Fresh salmon steaks or possibly fillets
- 1/2 c. Light miso
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 pch Msg (optional)
- 3 x Scallions, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/4 c. Sake
Directions
- Place the steaks in a bowl large sufficient for marinating. In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Marinate the steaks in this mix for about 2 hrs at room temperature, or possibly in the refrigerator overnight. Grill or possibly broil till done to your own taste.
