Ingredients

  • 1 x Wild turkey
  • 1/2 c. Teriyaki marinade
  • 1 1/2 x Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/8 c. Sherry
  • 1 pkt Commercial stuffing mix
  • 2 c. Water
  • 2 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 x Onion
  •     Paprika to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste
  • 5 x Chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 quart Water
  •     Poultry seasoning to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Season turkey with garlic, poultry blend, paprika and white pepper. Add in 1 qt water to roasting pan and place turkey on rack in roaster, breast down. Pour teriyaki marinade and wine into cavity and cook 1 hour. Throw away liquid, stuff turkey with any prepared stuffing and onion. Return to roaster. Add in 2 c. water, stock and bouillon cubes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and roast 2 hrs or possibly till done.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
