Ingredients
- 1 x Wild turkey
- 1/2 c. Teriyaki marinade
- 1Â 1/2 x Garlic cloves chopped
- 1/8 c. Sherry
- 1 pkt Commercial stuffing mix
- 2 c. Water
- 2 c. Chicken broth
- 1 x Onion
- Â Â Paprika to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste
- 5 x Chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 quart Water
- Â Â Poultry seasoning to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Season turkey with garlic, poultry blend, paprika and white pepper. Add in 1 qt water to roasting pan and place turkey on rack in roaster, breast down. Pour teriyaki marinade and wine into cavity and cook 1 hour. Throw away liquid, stuff turkey with any prepared stuffing and onion. Return to roaster. Add in 2 c. water, stock and bouillon cubes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and roast 2 hrs or possibly till done.
