Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. rice
  • 1 lt / 1 qt lowfat milk
  • 1 x rind of a lemon
  • 10 Tbsp. sugar
  •     Cinnamon pwdr

Directions

  1. Put the rice in a large pot, add in water and boil until very soft (should be fluffy and thick). The water should have almost evaporated. Add in the lowfat milk, the lemon rind and the sugar. Let boil at a setting that would not let the lowfat milk overflow. When it thickens, remove from stove. Pour in individual bowls and let cold. Sprinkle cinnamon and serve.
