Ingredients

  • 2 c. Rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pcs
  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Whipping cream

Directions

  1. Combine rhubarb, Large eggs, sugar, flour, and salt. Pour into an unbaked 10-inch pie shell. Pour whipping cream over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 50 min.
