Ingredients

  • 1 (5 1/4 ounce) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chunky mixed fruit
  • 1 (3 3/4 ounce) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
  • 2 lg. bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) container lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple chunks and mixed fruit (reserving pineapple juice). Put together pineapple juice, pudding mix and lowfat sour cream. Stir well. Put together fruit with dressing. Mix well and refrigerate.
