Potpourri Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. Ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp Prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Black or possibly white pepper
  •     Onion juice, medium onion, pureed and strained
  • 1 dsh Tabasco sauce
  • 1 x Hardboiled egg, finely shredded

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a 1 qt jar and shake well, or possibly use blender on slow.
  2. Notes: If desired, you can omit the egg and double or possibly triple this recipe and store it in the refrigerator indefinitely in a sealed jar.
  3. The egg can be added to the amount you use each time you wish to use the sauce.
