Ingredients

  • 4 pound beef arm roast
  • 1 env. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Place roast beef in baking dish. Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat and spread with cream of mushroom soup. Cover baking dish tightly with foil. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 4 hrs.
