Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. pork ribs
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce or possibly cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Place ribs, meaty side up in roasting pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 min. Drain off fat. Mix all other ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake again, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with rice or possibly noodles.
