Ingredients

  • 4 x Pork chops
  • 1 med onion minced
  • 2 stk celery minced
  • 250 ml applejuice
  • 1 x salt and pepper
  •     To Finish
  • 2 x eating apples
  • 28 gm butter

Directions

  1. Method1. Trim any surplus fat off chops. Heat oil in pan and brown chops all over.
  2. Add in onion celery apple juice and seasoning simmer till meat is tender approx. 25 min.
  3. When cooked arrange on serving dish and keep hot.
  4. Peel and core apples and slice into four rings lightly fry in butter.
  5. Place apple rings on top of chops and spoon juice over chops.
