Ingredients

  • 6 lean pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix

Directions

  1. Trim fat from pork chops. Sprinkle one side with salt. Place chops salted side down in ungreased baking dish 13 x 8 x 2 inches. Add in water. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package except use 3 c. mix, 1 c. water and 1/2 c. butter-butter. Spoon stuffing onto pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Uncover and bake 15 min more. Serve with gravy.
