Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 3/4 pound Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 pound hard pepperoni, diced
  • 3 Large eggs, well beaten
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Make crust from the rolls in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and fill pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 min. Cut in 1-inch squares after cooling slightly, about 15 min.
