Ingredients

  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp unflavored gelatin, dissolved in
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp pure peppermint extract, Or possibly
  • 1/4 c. green creme de menthe
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 6 x commercial chocolate c., (2 1/2 to 3"

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream till stiff peaks form. Slowly add in the dissolved gelatin and stir together well. Add in the peppermint extract and sugar and stir till well combined. Spoon the mousse into the chocolate c. and chill. Serve chilled.
