Pasta With Chicken And Spicy Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Schwartz Piri Piri Seasoning
  • 8 ounce Chicken breast, skinned and diced (225g)
  • 1 Tbsp. Veg. oil
  • 4 ounce Spicy sausage - thinly sliced, (100g)
  • 2 x Tomatoes - skinned and diced
  • 1 x 4 ounces ful fat soft cheese, (100g)
  • 1/4 pt Lowfat milk, (150ml)
  • 2 tsp Schwartz Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the Piri Piri Seasoning onto the chicken. Heat the oil in a large pan and stir-fry the chicken till brown. Add in the sausage and fry for 1-2 min, then add in the tomatoes. After another couple of min add in the cream cheese, lowfat milk and 1 1/2 tsp Parsley.
  2. Cook till bubbling and thickened and serve on a bed of pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and extra Parsley.
