Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. Pasta, cooked & warm
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly Margarine
  • 1 1/4 c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb Grnd Beef, lean
  • 1 x Onion, small, chopped
  • 1 x Celery Stalk, chopped
  • 1 1/4 c. Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 x Bell Pepper, sliced to rings

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine pasta, 1/4 c parmesan cheese, and butter. Mix well and press into 9 X 9 X 2 pan. Make sure it is up the sides as well.
  2. Top with 3/4 c of mozarella cheese. In medium frypan combine onion, celery, and grnd beef. Cook till beef is browned and vegetables are softened.
  3. Drain fat off, add in spaghetti sauce and oregano, mix thoroughly. Spoon over pasta. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake 20 to 30 min till warm. Sprinkle with remaining mozarella cheese and return to oven just to heat cheese. Top each serving with pepper ring for crunch.
