Passover Boiled Chocolate Frosting (Pareve)

Ingredients

1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Water

1/4 tsp Vegetable oil
4 ounce Bittersweet chocolate, melted

Directions

Boil sugar with water till it spins a 6 - 8" thread (242*) . Stir in chocolate gradually, till icing is smooth. When Icing coats a spoon proportionately, beat in oil.
