Ingredients

  • 6 sm boiling potatoes - (abt 3/4 lb) cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Steam or possibly boil potatoes till fork tender, about 12 to 15 min. Drain potatoes, then toss with butter and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. This recipe yields 2 servings.
