Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. pearl tapioca
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 x orange peeled & sectioned

Directions

  1. Preparation Time: only 5 min
  2. Combine the tapioca with 1/2 c. of the water and the sugar. Mix well, then let stand for 2 hrs.
  3. Boil 2 c. of water and add in the tapioca mix. Cook till tapioca is creamy, about 2-3 min. Add in the orange sections and cook for 2 min.
  4. Makes 6 servings, each 1/2 c..
