O C C Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gal Water
  • 12 tsp Bags
  • 3 sprg fresh mint
  • 1 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 12 ounce Pineapple juice
  • 6 ounce Lemon juice

Directions

  1. Bring water to boil and steep tea and mint.. Remove mint after 3 min.
  2. Continue to steep till tea is very dark. Remove bags. While tea is hot, add in sugar and juice, stirring to disolve sugar. Pour into a gallon container, adding sufficient water to fill to the gallon level. Chill. Serve iced with pineapple spears and mint sprigs.
