Ingredients
- 1/2 gal Water
- 12 tsp Bags
- 3 sprg fresh mint
- 1Â 2/3 c. Sugar
- 12 ounce Pineapple juice
- 6 ounce Lemon juice
Directions
- Bring water to boil and steep tea and mint.. Remove mint after 3 min.
- Continue to steep till tea is very dark. Remove bags. While tea is hot, add in sugar and juice, stirring to disolve sugar. Pour into a gallon container, adding sufficient water to fill to the gallon level. Chill. Serve iced with pineapple spears and mint sprigs.
