Ingredients

  • 2 can (10/1/4 ounce) chicken broth
  • 4 c. Water
  • 1 1/2 c. Fine egg noodles
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter

Directions

  1. Bring chicken broth and water to boil; gradually add in noodles, stirring occasionally; cook 8 min. Reduce heat to low; stir in Large eggs. Simmer 3 min longer. Remove from heat; stir in parsley and butter.
