No Cook Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 (4 ounce) can minced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon minced jalapenos (or possibly to taste)
  • 1 large can tomatoes (S & W ready cut tomatoes work best)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 bunch of green onions
  • Dash of red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano (or possibly to taste)

Directions

  1. Mash garlic and salt together. Add in rest of ingredients and enjoy. Best when made a couple hrs before serving, but can also be eaten right away.
